At Marden Medical Clinic we focus on proactively addressing any problems or symptoms before they escalate, resulting in hospital admission. We work with our elderly patients to assess their mental and physical condition, risk and fall management, and overall general health.
Older patients often have complex medication lists. Our doctors work with our local pharmacists to regularly review medications as well as suggest the use of dosing aids where appropriate.
The nearby pharmacy works closely with our team, making it easy for our elderly patients to stay on top of what is often a complex list of medications. It has been and will continue to be a pleasure of our team to provide this care for the Marden region.
