Welcome to Marden Medical Clinic!
We are pleased to welcome new patients to our clinic and look forward to assisting you with your healthcare needs.
To ensure we have sufficient time to get to know you, review your medical history and establish an appropriate ongoing care plan, please be aware that certain services and paperwork will not be provided or completed during your first consultation.
These include:
- Centrelink medical certificates and supporting documentation
- Disability Support Pension applications and reports
- Superannuation forms and medical reports
- Prescriptions for drugs of dependence
- Heavy/Light vehicle licence medicals and certificates of fitness
- Mental Health Care Plans
These services may require a review of your medical history, previous records, supporting documentation and, in some cases, more than one consultation. Any decision to provide these services will be made by your treating doctor following an appropriate assessment.
