Exciting News: Free RSV Vaccination for Eligible Patients Aged 75 Years and Over

We are pleased to offer the free RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) vaccine through the Australian National Immunisation Program (NIP) for eligible patients aged 75 years and over. 

RSV is a common respiratory virus that can cause serious illness, particularly in older adults, leading to complications such as pneumonia, hospitalisation, and worsening of existing heart or lung conditions. Vaccination is the best way to help protect yourself against severe RSV disease and maintain your health and independence.

A single dose of RSV vaccine is also available for pregnant women from 28 to 36 weeks gestation.
