Graduating medicine with distinction from Flinders University, Sonia provides high quality medical care and has received awards in Women’s Health from RANZCOG and named Intern of the year for Modbury Emergency department. She enjoys working with children and has an interest in gynaecology and is accredited for insertion and removals of Implanon’s. Sonia has a strong background in musculoskeletal and rehabilitation medicine having practiced as a physiotherapist prior to her medical career and completing a postgraduate certificate in Rehabilitation. Her other areas of interest are in palliative care, emergency medicine and chronic disease management.
