Consultation Fees

We are a mixed billing practice and accounts are required to be paid in full following any consultations. Payment of your account can be made by CASH, EFTPOS & CREDIT CARD.
Diners or Amex are not accepted

The Medicare rebate will be deposited into your nominated bank account within 48 hours.

Aged and Disability Pensioners, Children under 16 years, Concession card holders and GOLD DVA card holders will be BULK BILLED

Concession card holders must present a valid card for concession billing purposes. Please bring your card with you to each appointment.

If you have no Medicare card, you will be charged the same fees as private patients below. You will need to take your receipt to your health fund and they will reimburse the Medicare portion.

Standard appointments take 10 to 12 minutes, allowing a few minutes for the doctor to complete notes. These cover a single or an uncomplicated matter.

Long appointments cover more complex problems or if you have several matters to discuss. It includes pap smears, mental health, antenatal care, etc.

Additional out of pocket charges apply for some procedures in the treatment room. 

Fees may apply for Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Dietitian appointments.

Cancellation or Non Attendance Fee

A non-attendance fee will apply if you do not provide 2 hours’ notice of your cancellation or do not attend your appointment.
