I have been working as a Medical receptionist at Marden Medical Clinic for over 3 years and enjoy my role.  

I came from a customer services background so the role was new to me, I learnt on the job from my colleague’s. 

I strive to provide excellent customer service and a welcoming and positive environment for all patients.
